WHAT ID DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept current Australian driver licences or learner permits, valid passports (Australian or international), Australian state or territory proof-of-age cards (including Australia Post Keypass 18+ cards), and official digital IDs issued by Australian states or territories.
Digital IDs must be presented through the official issuing app.
Expired documents, photos of ID, student cards, or any unofficial digital copies cannot be accepted.
All ID must clearly show your photo and date of birth, and guests must be 18 years or older to enter.
How Can I retrieve Lost Items?
If you believe you have lost an item during your visit to Mooseheads, please contact our team as soon as possible with a description of the item, the date you visited, and where you believe it may have been misplaced.
Lost property enquiries can be submitted by emailing lost@mooseheads.com.au, through the contact section of our website, or by calling (02) 6257 6496 during office hours:
Monday–Wednesday 9:00am–4:00pm, or
Thursday–Friday 11:00am–7:00pm.
Is there a cloak room or bag storage?
Each level at Mooseheads operates its own cloak room for your convenience. For a small fee, our team can securely hold your items while you enjoy your night, just see bar staff. When checking items in, you will be issued with a cloak room card — this card must be presented to collect your belongings. Items will not be returned without the matching card, so please keep it safe.
Cloak room items may be held for up to 14 days if not collected on the night. After this period, unclaimed property may be disposed of or donated.
While we take reasonable care of items placed in the cloak room, Mooseheads accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Mooseheads operates a smart casual dress code. Entry is always at the discretion of management and security, and dress standards may vary depending on the event or night of the week.
The following items are not permitted:
No work wear
No work boots
No singlets
No thongs
No tracksuit pants
No sports shorts
No athletic shoes
No NRL referees
Guests who do not meet the dress code may be refused entry.
Smart casual alternatives may be permitted at the discretion of management.
